Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I enter the app?
A: To enter the app, you need first to go to the website and then log in. If you don’t have credentials yet, you need to register by providing your name, email, and password.
Q: What is TaskHub?
A: TaskHub is a platform within the DigNow ecosystem where users, known as "Diggers" can contribute by verifying and filling data for missing crypto projects. It powers AI agents with verified crypto data and rewards users for their efforts.
Q: How do I earn rewards on TaskHub?
A: You earn rewards by completing tasks such as filling in project data. Rewards are given in points. Those points could be exchanged for $DIGN tokens at a later stage.
Q: How do I know if a task is available on TaskHub?
A: You can check for available tasks in the Task Menu. Each task shows the number of seats in the "Seats" column. If there are seats left, you can take the task. Once all seats are filled, the task is no longer available.
Q: How much reward do I earn on TaskHub?
A: The rewards you earn on TaskHub depend on several factors, including:
The total reward allocated for the task.
The number of seats available for participants.
The correctness of your answer.
Here’s how it works:
The total reward is divided equally among the number of correct answers.
If you answer correctly, you receive your share of the reward.
If your answer is incorrect, you will not receive any points.
Example:
Total Reward: 10,000 points
Seats: 50
Correct answers: 25 out of 50 participants
Reward Distribution:
Total reward to correct participants: 10000 / 25 = 400 points
This ensures that rewards are fairly distributed to those who contribute accurate and reliable data.
Q: What type of data do I need to fill on TaskHub?
A: You may need to fill or verify data points related to crypto projects, such as investment research, market metrics, team details, technology, tokenomics, security audits, news, community information and much more. The information on what to collect is explained in detail in each task.
Q: How does the data validation process work?
A: Tasks are validated by AI and the DigNow team once all seats are filled or the timer ends. We currently use Diggers answers to train our AI models, which will improve validation efficiency over time. Our goal is to have a fully automated validation by AI at the end of the training phase.
Q: What happens if I provide incorrect data?
A: TaskHub has a validation process to ensure data quality. If incorrect data is provided, it will be flagged during the process. You will be penalized when you answer incorrectly and your number of points will decrease.
Q: Who can participate as a Digger?
A: Anyone can participate as a Digger by signing up on TaskHub. Diggers contribute to validating and filling data, earning $DIGN tokens for their efforts.
Q: How do I track my progress on TaskHub?
A: You can track your progress, completed tasks, and rewards in the dashboard under the "Home" menu of your TaskHub account. The dashboard gives you real-time updates on your activities and earnings.
Additionally, you can participate in the leaderboard, where top performers earn extra points based on their participation and contributions.
Q: Is TaskHub safe to use?
A: Yes, TaskHub uses advanced security measures and a robust validation process to ensure the safety and reliability of data. Additionally, the platform complies with industry standards for data handling and governance.
